The present invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to cavity and reconstructive surgery. The mentioned invention could be used for closing cavities and openings inside the body, for example, in cases of hernia. The objective of invention is to work out the new construction of device enabling inosculation of body-tissues and device by implantation of them into body. The "identity-effect" of body-tissues and device is achieved in that way. The device ensures possibility to prevent inflammation reaction in operation-place, that is the device has antiseptically quality. The intention is achieved by making the mentioned device from juniper-tree roots being plaited net-likely in form of coating-sheath by following parameters: if the square measures of net are 5 cm x 10 cm, the mesh sizes are 1.1 mm x 1.2 mm and thread diameter - 0.6 to 0.7 mm; if the square measures of net are 10 cm x 20 cm and more, the mesh sizes are 1.3 mm x 1.5 mm and thread diameter - 0.8 to 0.9 mm.
