<p>The present invention pertains to the field of food industry and particularly to the methods for producing drinking water and soft drinks enriched with oxygen. The goal of this invention is to perfect taste gamut of drinks and to increase quality grade thereof. The process for enriching drinks with oxygen contains decreasing the temperature to 0 to +5 0C. Further step is saturation of cooled liquid with molecular oxygen under pressure achieving oxygen concentration in liquid 0.3 to 100 mg/l (optimum 80 mg/l). The liquid drink may be optionally mixed with proper spices before or after saturation with oxygen. Namely sugar, fructose, fruit-concentrates, for example, apple-, lemon-, orange-concentrates or plant-extracts could be used. Solution of pangamic acid at least in concentration 0.5 mg/l can be used as stabilisers for preventing oxygen-loss.</p> |
