Optical output of vibrating mirror is coupled to optical input of TV transmitter made fast to vibrating mirror that is rigidly coupled to drive of vibrating mirror tied to transmitter of marks of start and finish of vibration of mirror inverse to rotation whose output is connected via symmetrical flip-flop to first input of electron switch whose second input and output are correspondingly connected to output of TV transmitter and input of analyzer.
