PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate such an inconvenience as a closed shutter is opened or an open shutter can not be closed smoothly or drain from a heat exchanger can not be received in a drain pan when an air conditioning fan, normally fixed laterally to the wall above an window, is fixed longitudinally to an wing wall because of limited space. SOLUTION: An air supply shutter 4 and an air discharge shutter 3 for opening/closing the outdoor suction opening 10 and outdoor delivery opening 21 of an air conditioning fan are provided and the air supply shutter 4 is retained by means of the air discharge shutter 3 such that the air supply shutter 4 closes the outdoor suction opening 10 until the outdoor delivery opening 21 is fully opened by means of the air discharge shutter 3 thus fixing the air conditioning fan longitudinally. Further, a drain pan is constructed to receive drain from a heat exchanger even in the vertical direction.
