PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an accident from taking place by notifying a driver of danger in advance on the basis of the detailed information of the vehicle and also to? perform efficient vehicle movement management by notifying a center of the detailed information. SOLUTION: An instrument measuring a vehicle position by utilizing a GPS 17, a navigation system, an information terminal device 1, a portable telephone set 3, an audio device 6, a fuel level gauge, a speedometer, a transmission, an engine controller and a CCD camera photographing the travel regulation speed display on a road surface are connected to an intra-vehicle information acquiring device. In case danger is anticipated, a driver is warned by sound on the basis of acquired intra-vehicle detailed information. A center 18 can perform efficient vehicle movement management by transmitting the intra-vehicle detailed information to the center 18 through the telephone set 3 at a prescribed opportunity. Stored intra-vehicle detailed information can also be transmitted to a portable information terminal device 1 outside the vehicle through an infrared communicating means. |
