PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously read plural tags highly efficiently and adaptively to various fields by reducing the power consumption of a responder by applying a simple protocol and further simultaneously reading the responders having the same ID by not using a responder ID for confirming reception. SOLUTION: This technique is disclosed for highly efficiently reading plural tags concerning the moving object identifying device. This invention uses a time slot system and a tag can be provided in simple circuit configuration. The tag takes timing synchronism with a trigger signal and transmits present information in the slot selected at random. When reading is made successful, an siterrogator 1 transmits a normal reception confirming signal. The number of tags having the same ID can be counted as well.
