PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a luminous ornamental device of a timepiece enhanced in flexibility of light source arrangement by obscuring the positions and the shapes of the light sources. SOLUTION: An ornamental member 2 has a light conductivity and has a plurality of protrusions 2b, which is for dispersing and radiating outward the light penetrating inside the ornamental member 2. A luminous element 4 is arranged at the end or the back of the ornamental member 2. When light is cast from the luminous element 4 to the ornamental member 2, the light having entered the ornamental member 2 is dispersed and radiated so that the ornamental member shines brightly as a whole.
