PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cell communication system where an optimum switching destination base station can be selected among a plurality of selectable base stations without need for an additional hardware set for both a base station and a mobile communication terminal and the mobile communication terminal conducts restriction control so as to distribute communication in the case that many mobile communication terminals move on the same route and to provide the mobile communication terminal. SOLUTION: In the case that a mobile communication terminal is moving while receiving ID information sets in the order of a, b shown in the Fig. an application algorithm number of the ID information (b) is (0000 0000 0001). In-route allocation information in a switching destination base station is (0000 0000 0111) as a result of an arithmetic operation, and ID information including the in-route allocated information (0000 0000 0111) is recognized to be ID information (c) in the Fig. and a base station indicating the ID information (c) acts like the switching destination base station.
