PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile station device, a base station device and a base station managing device which prevent a third person from intercepting mobile station identification information and performing communication by successfully pretending to be a person involved. SOLUTION: A mobile station device mounted on a vehicle is provided with identification information inherent in base station managing devices 2 and 3, a base station is provided with base station identification information 31 and 32 inherent in the devices 2 and 3, the devices 2 and 3 compare the identification information of both base stations when detecting the same mobile station identification information, interrupts communication by deciding the communication as unauthorized communication when communication time difference is shorter than a regulated time with respect to the distance between the base stations so that unauthorized communication can be prevented.
