PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the inclination of an objective lens by regulating a holder for supporting the other end of an elastic supporting member which supports a bobbin in the relative position with a magnetic circuit in the radial direction of a disk and/or a direction perpendicular to the disk, then fixing the holder to the magnetic circuit. SOLUTION: The shafts 16 of an assembly jig 15 are inserted into long holes 14 of the holder 9 and the spacing between the shafts 16 is widened by moving a shaft holder 17. The holder 9 is chucked by the shafts 16. Wires 8 fixed to the holder 9 and the moving parts supported at their front ends are changed in the relative position with the magnetic circuit consisting of a magnet 7 and a yoke 6 by the movement of a bed 47 of the assembly jig 15. Current of a low frequency is passed to a focusing coil 4 and while the inclination of the objective lens 2 is monitored by an autocollimator, etc., the bed 47 is moved and the position where the inclination in the tracking direction of the objective lens 2 does not exist any more is searched. When the position is determined, the holder 9 and the rising part 13 of the yoke 6 are fixed with an adhesive.
