PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a development processing device capable of accurately grasping the exchange time of a filter provided in a developing vessel. SOLUTION: A circulating pipe line 13L for circulating a developer through the filter F by driving a circulation pump 13P is formed. Characters urging the exchange of the filter F is displayed on a liquid crystal monitor and an alarm sound informs that the filter F is in the exchange time when the total quality of the developer circulated by the circulation pump 13P reaches a previously set value.
