PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out highly precise detection with a less non-specific reaction by using an antigen binding fragment deficient in an antibody FC fragment to an immune material as a solid phase. SOLUTION: As a tested substance bound with an antibody through an immunochemical response for forming a sandwich immune complex, a microorganism such as a bacteria (E. coli O157 and the like) and Actynomycetes, their antibodies, bacterial toxin or antigen peptide such as a tumor marker antigen in a biological sample is used. As a tested solution containing the tested substance, solution extracted from food or its culture supematant is used. As an antigen binding fragment having a specific binding property with the tested substance, an antigen binding fragment F(ab')2 and Fab deficient in an FC fragment is available.
