PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method, for the spring characteristic of a bent and worked part, in which a spring can be designed more precisely and in which a material of more superior workability can be selected at lower costs and to provide a jig, for evaluation data measurement, which is used for the evaluation method. SOLUTION: This evaluation method for the spring characteristic of a bent and worked part evaluates the spring characteristic of the bent and worked spring part of a connecting terminal. A slender sheetlike sample piece 18 which comprises a corresponding bent and worked part 18a which is bent and worked in the intermediate part in the same manner as the spring part is deformed gradually to directions in which the inside angle of of the corresponding bent and worked part 18a becomes smaller while a load is being applied from both sides near the corresponding bent and worked part 18a. Then, a deformation and displacement amount and a reaction force in the directions of the load at this time are measured. The spring characteristic of the spring part in the corresponding connection terminal is evaluated on the basis of a relationship between the deformation and displacement amount and the reaction force.
