GROUNDING STRUCTURE OF SHIELD CONNECTOR AND RECEPTACLE CONNECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a grounding structure of a shield connector and receptacle connector capable of mounting the connectors without risk such that a spring piece for grounding goes in breakage or the like. SOLUTION: This structure comprises a connector 11 equipped with a housing 17 to hold a cable 14 and a receptacle connector U mounted on a circuit board 12, accepting fit-in of the housing 17, and generating electric continuity of the cable 14 to the circuit board 12 wherein shield connector is inserted into a shroud 13 of the receptacle connector U and a grounding structure is for the shield connector and receptacle connector. A shield layer 19 of the cable 14 is grounded to the board 12 through a shield shell 21 installed at the housing 17 and a shield case 23A installed at the shroud 13.
