PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a controller and a camera to be operated in accordance with an operator's sensuous operation. SOLUTION: The camera is provided with an operation speed detecting timer 102 and an operation speed detecting device 103. A lever position is obtained by an operation lever 101, and an operating time is obtained by the timer 102, and the operating speed of the operating lever 101 is detected, and also, the operating angle of the operating lever 101 is detected. Besides, the camera is provided with a film winding motor unit 107, a power source (battery) 105 for the motor 107, and a power source monitoring device 106 so as to detect the state of the battery 105. Besides, the device is provided with a central processing unit(CPU) 108 for controlling the whole camera and an automatic film winding controller 104, and at the winding request of the CPU 108, a film winding operation is executed while changing the motor 107 controlling pattern based on information on the operating speed and the operating angle from the operating speed detecting device 103 and information on the power source state from the power source monitoring device 106.
