SOLUTION: A circulation route 2 for circulating free chlorine-including liquid is installed, and a circulation device 3 for circulating the free chlorine- including liquid in the circulation route 2 is installed, and a contact test part A where a rubber molding is brought into free contact with the free chlorine- including liquid in the circulation route 2 is installed on the circulation route 2. And, a power source 5 for supplying the rubber product with a current in the state where the rubber molding is arranged on the contact test part A, is installed.
