PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily designable an information address in a network such as a URL(uniform resource locator). SOLUTION: An input code URL conversion table which respectively makes a different input code correspond to a different URL, is preliminarily maintained as a database in a database server 7. An operator inputs an input code corresponding to the URL of desired information from a remote controller device 1. The inputted input code is transmitted from the device 1 to an information terminal device 5, and further transmitted together with a URL conversion request from the device 5 to the server 7. The server 7 uses an input code URL conversion table and extracts a URL corresponding to the inputted input code from the database. The extracted URL is transferred to the device 5 together with a display instruction, and the device 5 displays a page corresponding to the URL.
