摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the device as safe as possible to interception and disturbance and, moreover, to make it appropriate to data transmission of a high information density by combining each flying object under uninterrupted condition, at least partially, by a first wireless data link designed as a laser optical data link. SOLUTION: For combination of transmission/reception stations 21 and 22, an optical data link 31 without disturbance is indispensable. For this purpose two airplanes 11 and 12 and the data link 31 combined with them are installed at a place higher than a top most cloud. The transmission/reception stations 21 and 22 have position stabilizing means. Thus, when the transmission/reception stations 21 and 22 perform with each other a slight vibration or a relative motion individually, the data link 31 without disturbance can be secured. Optical transmission/reception devices of the transmission/reception stations 21 and 22 are freely rotatably installed so that the data link can be established without disturbance to the other station.
