The addition of localization buttons to a GSM and PDA panel enables public accessible localization to be set up and applied. By pressing the ''here'' button and successive fixture of th action by means of a pin code, a person is given continuous public access to his or her location and knowledge of non-commercial establishments, help services and private persons. By pressing a ''shop'' localization button and the successive fixture of the action by means of a pin code, a person is given continuous public access to his or her location and knowledge of commercial establishments. It also renders them susceptible to directed location-dependent publicity messages by mans of SMS, WAP and/or E-mail.
