PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for prospecting the fluid leakage position of an underground buried pipe on the ground with a simpler means. SOLUTION: Receiver arrays 11, 21, and 31 for receiving a fluid sound being generated from the fluid leakage position of each branch pipe and the buried main pipe through each pipe body at an area near each branch point and the buried main pipe of a group of pipes consisting of an underground buried main pipe 1 for carrying fluid, a first-stage branch pipe 2 for branching the buried main pipe, a second-stage branch pipe 3 for branching the first-stage branch pipe, and the nth-stage branch pipe branching... (n-1)th stage branch pipe, transmitter 12, 22, and 32 for transmitting the sound wave signal and the sound wave signal for control of fluid leakage position information through the pipe body, and receiver 15, 25, and 35 for receiving the sound wave signal and the sound wave signal for control of the fluid leakage position information through the pipe body are provided. Further, the fluid leakage position information of each receiver array is fetched and changed into an image by making connection to each receiver array.
