PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a state notice system to grasp a state of user with high accuracy and to inform users about it over a wide range. SOLUTION: The state notice system consists of an information terminal personal computer PC1 with a generator, a mobile terminal M with a transmitter, and an information terminal PC2 with a receiver. The mobile terminal M and the information terminal PC2 can be communicated with each other in real time by a state notice device. The information terminal PC1 transmits a detected user state to the mobile terminal M within a communication available range. When the received user state is equal to the user state having already been stored in the mobile terminal M, the mobile terminal M transmits the user state to the information terminal PC2 via the state notice device. When the user carries the mobile terminal M at its moving destination, the information terminal PC1 can informs the information terminal PC2 of the state independently of whether or not the information terminal PC1 is included in a network and the information terminal PC1 has the specific state notice device.
