PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work environment, to simplify steps and to prevent leaching of harmful materials by making an inorganic pigment and flux free from lead and cadmium and specifying volume average particle diameter of each of the inorganic pigment and flux. SOLUTION: The dry toner contains at least a bonding resin, an inorganic pigment and flux or further contains other additives if necessary. The inorganic pigment and flux do not contain lead and cadmium and the volume average particle diameter of each of the inorganic pigment and flux is 0. 3-5 μm. The volume average particle diameter of the toner is 1-30 μm, preferably 5-20 μm. The volume average particle diameter Dp of the inorganic pigment is 1.0-5.0 μm and the volume average particle diameter Df of the flux has the relation of 0.1 Dp <=Df<=0.9 Dp, or the Dp is 0.3-3.0 μm and the Df has the relation of 1.1 Dp <=Df<=10 Dp. |
