PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a communication processing time between a high order device and a duplexing device with an operational/stand-by configuration and also to improve a communication throughput. SOLUTION: Information is transferred from the high order device 101 to a low order device 103 with the duplexing device 102 consisting of an operational device 104 and a stand-by device 105. In this case, in the stand-by device 105, the setting of information to be transferred from the operational device 104 to the low-order device 103, the release of the set information or the change of the set information is managed by indicating the execution state of the setting, release or change in a flag by one/off. When a fault occurs in the operational device 104, the state of the flag is detected in a new operational device (stand-by device 105), information under setting to the low order device 103 is made; to be invalid when being setting information is turned on in the detection state, information of the low order device 103 is released and, then, being setting information in the flag is turned off. |
