PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a possibility to erroneously receive a signal as low as possible by a transmitter of a first radio system transmitting a first frame synchronizing signal and a transmitter of a second radio system transmitting a second frame synchronizing signal of a bit reversed signal of the first frame synchronizing signal. SOLUTION: A bit synchronization processing means 8 performs processing for detecting a bit synchronizing signal in a received telegraphic message and synchronizing it with a transmitter. A frame synchronizing signal detecting means 9 defines the synchronism as a reference and retrieves/detects the frame synchronizing signal for a specified period of time. For retrieval/detection, when the frame synchronizing signal stored in a frame synchronizing signal storage means 11 in advance is compared with a received signal and they match with each other, it is judged to be the frame synchronizing signal, The first frame synchronizing signal and the second one are bit reversed signals, are different in all the bits and a bit difference is maximum. |
