<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance in the read and write of data between a microcomputer and a DDR-SDRAM by providing a memory control means for generating and outputting various kinds of strobe signals for controlling a memory through a double data rate system for reading and writing data from the DDR-SDRAM. SOLUTION: In an address control part 8, address information to be outputted to the memory is outputted from a memory address in data previously stored in a register and a request address 107 outputted from a request control part 4. The generated address is transferred through an address bus 34 connected to the DDR-SDRAM to a memory 21. In a control signal generating part 9, memory information 105 in data previously stored in a register 6 is received through an external information bus control part 7 and according to the received memory information, a memory control signal 35 required for memory access is generated and outputted to the memory.</p> |
