PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactly and densely house on optical connector assembled at the tip end of an optical fiber by respectively tilting a central axes of respective connector housing holes relative to a direction of the vertical depth in the extending direction of a connector housing zone. SOLUTION: In a cap 20 for a connector, plural connector housing holes 23 which house the tip end of an optical connector 2 so as to be taken out the tip end of the optical connectors 2 assembled at the tip end of an optical fiber 1 are opened in a connector housing zone 22 extending to one side part of a plate-like cap main body 21. And a central axes of the respective connector housing holes 23 is respectively tilted at a same inclination angleθto a direction of the vertical depth in the extending direction of the connector housing zone 22. Therefore, the tip ends of the plural optical connectors 2 are protectively housed by the plural connector housing holes 23. Also, the height dimension (h) of the cap 20 for the connector including a boot 2e of the back end of the optical connector 2 and a curved space of the optical fiber 1 or the like is reduced compared with the height in the case that the optical connector 2 is not tilted and is housed in the direction coinciding with the depth direction.
