摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for measuring the bolt hole position of steel structure for accurately measuring dimensions from the end part of the member of the bolt hole position. SOLUTION: An image pickup device that is mounted to a running mechanism for accurate positioning and a scanning mechanism is moved to a given dimension position 15a for setting, thus picking up an image. Then, an image that has been picked up is taken into an image-processing device, binarization processing is made, and a bolt hole is extracted. The difference between a central position 14a of the extracted bolt hole and the given dimension position 15a is calculated and is synthesized with the information of the given dimension position 15a, thus measuring an actual bolt hole position. Since information on the given dimension position is utilized according to the present invention, the need for detecting and picking up the image of the member end and flange end or the web end is eliminated, the surrounding of the bolt is enlarged for picking up the image, and hence the resolution for image processing is improved and also the accuracy is improved.
