PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cover and block a fuel outlet in a filler cap and realize a one-touch accommodation when unnecessary, by permitting a structure to be by being pivoted at a specific portion moved the structure being detachably attached to in the vicinity of filler cap so as to be placed over the cap which is mounted on a tank body. SOLUTION: A structure 8 is detachably attached to in the vicinity of an outlet 3 of a filler cap 5 so as to be placed over the cap which is mounted on the body of a tank 1. This structure 8 can be moved by being axially supported, as 14a, at a specific portion. Specifically, it has a structure wherein an elastic rebounding force of an elastic body 15a just works in such a direction as to allow the structure 8 attached with a packing 12a to rebound against the cap 5 and be placed over the cap. Further, an engaging means 2 serving for the structure 8 commonly serves as the engaging means 2 for a support plate 9. Thus series of movements of releasing the structure 8 from the engaging means 2 and releasing the support body 9 from the engaging means 2 can be conducted by operating only a single switch 6.
