PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of light without increasing an assembly man- hour. SOLUTION: The flashing device is provided with a strobe case 1 which holds a reflector 4 and a flashing tube 5, and is equipped with a lead wire outlet 1a for inserting the lead wire 3 for sending an electrical signal to the flashing tube 5, and the flashing device is also provided with a rubber bush 2 which arranged so as to be freely attached/detached to/from the strobe case 1 and plugs the lead wire outlet 1a when fitted.
