SOLUTION: When a terminal 4 calls (dials) a private PHS terminal 3, a database 1a included in a PBX 1 is checked to the call received from the terminal 4 when the terminal 3 is equal to 3b. Then the terminal 3 confirms whether an incoming rejection area is set or not in the area of a base station 2a. If the incoming rejection area is set, it is decided whether the transfer of call is set to another terminal. If the transfer of call is set to another terminal, the call is transferred to a terminal 5, for example, where the transfer of call is set. Thus, the calling terminal 4 is connected to the terminal 5 and accordingly the situation of the terminal 3 is understood and a message, etc., can be requested.
