PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a controller for electromagnetic load which can secure stable operation of a load, even when energy is used at high frequency number of times. SOLUTION: A solenoid 101a of an injector is connected to a battery power source and is connected to a capacitor C10, which is charged with energy higher than that of the battery power source. Counter-electromagnetic force energy generated in a diode D10, when a solenoid 101a is OFF is collected by the capacitor C10. A drive IC 120 controls transistors T10 and T11 to supply the energy of the battery power source to the solenoid 10a only for a period, where the solenoid 101a is placed in operation and also controls a transistor T12 to supply the energy of the capacity C10 by a quantity needed to quicken the response of the operation. The capacitor C10 is set so that a specific quantity of offset is present when the counterelectromotive force energy is collected at the end of the energy supply.
