PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a magnet roller, where manufacturing cost is reduced by reducing the amount of use of composition for a magnet, and decrease in magnetic force due to voids is restrained, its manufacturing method and development machine. SOLUTION: This magnet roller has a magnet main body part 1, composed of composition for a magnet and a shaft part 2a. The magnet main body part 1 arranges in advance one or more members for forming hollow parts in the magnet roller which has one or more hollow parts 3 inside, and in a cavity of a metal mold, where a magnetic field is formed around the cavity. After composition for a magnet is injected in the hollow part forming members and molded, and by pulling out the members, the magnet roller is manufactured. This development machine is provided with a development roller, constituted of rotatably arranged sleeve and the magnet roller arranged inside the sleeve. |
