PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily make the structure small-sized and low-priced, to transmit a high-frequency signal and to prevent unwanted radiation of the high-frequency signal, and to electrically connect an antenna and a printed board together. SOLUTION: Signal patterns 3 and 11, and shield patterns 4 and 12 of a printed board 1 and an antenna 10 are put opposite each other and connected by a directional conductive rubber 5 and a general conductive rubber 7, and the directional conductive rubber 5 is made of a rubber which includes an electrically conductive wire 6 extending in mutual directions between the printed board 1 and antenna 10. mutual directivity between the printed board 1 and antenna 10 is given, so that the structure is made small-sized and low-priced, a high-frequency signal is securely transmitted, and a shield connection structure which prevents unwanted radiation and has high connection reliability can be constituted and assembled through easy assembling operations.
