摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the signal amplifying circuit for magnetoresistive element which can be integrated on one semiconductor chip. SOLUTION: This circuit has a differential amplifying circuit DA1, which inputs signals outputted from terminals (a) and (b) as both the ends of an MR element MR supplied with a bias current Ib and amplifies and outputs the difference between the input signals from output terminals out1 and out2 and is equipped with a capacitor C1 which connects the input terminal in2 of the differential amplifying circuit DA1 and a terminal (b) of the MR element MR to each other, by directly connecting the input terminal in1 of the differential amplifying circuit DA1 and a terminal (a) of the MR element MR and a voltage follower, which connects the input terminals in1 and in2 of the differential amplifying circuit DA1 to the uninverted input terminal in21 and inverted input terminal in22 of a voltage follower VF1 and performs output to the input terminal in2 of the differential amplifying circuit DA1 via a resistance R1.
