PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load on a developer and to improve the development efficiency by securing the one-to-one correspondence between a user page and the specifications required for the service software to perform its processing, when the user page to be processed is added to a user document which requested the service software about its processing with the user document defined as a request unit, or when the user page is processed. SOLUTION: A copy application generates a user document under a given condition from a user and then generates a user page equivalent to two pages, when a sheet of original is detected. Then the reading operation of the original is associated with the print processing specifications to connect them to the user document. Thus, the application can process the 1st additional page and also changes the 2nd page into a processing enable state after the next original is detected. The service software which reads the originals receives a notification, showing the addition of the user page and then refers to the state of the user page.
