FLOW RATE SENSOR AND TEMPERATURE SENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate sensor which can measure the flow rate with high accuracy with no influence of temperature variation of fluid even when the specific heat or flow rate of the fluid is low. SOLUTION: The flow rate sensor 1 comprises a flow rate detecting section 2 formed by laminating a heater and a temperature-sensitive body through an insulator, a fin plate 3 having one end bonded to the flow rate detecting section 2, and a plurality of output terminals 4 connected electrically with the flow rate detecting section 2 wherein the flow rate detecting section 2 is contained in a resin housing, the end of the fin plate 3 and the output terminals 4 are projected to the outside of the resin housing and a cut for forming a heat insulating air gap is made in the outer circumferential surface of the resin housing.
