摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling efficiency of a cooling apparatus, by providing a vent pipe in such a way that the pipe is passed through the enclosure of electronic equipment so that the pipe may come into contact with a heating element and both end openings of the pipe may be faced to the outside, and rotationally driving an air supplying shaft which is journaled in a state where the shaft is passed through the vent pipe. SOLUTION: In the enclosure 11 of the main body 2 of a personal computer, a vent pipe 12 is provided as the passage of the cooling air of a CPU 6 mounted on a substrate 5. The pipe 12 is a straight pipe passed through the enclosure 11, so that the pipe 12 may come into contact with the CPU 6 of a heating element, and attached to the enclosure 11 so that both end openings of the pipe 12 may be faced to the outside. Then an air supplying shaft 14 is passed through the pipe 12 and rotatably journaled. The shaft 1 is rotatably journaled by means of bearing sections 16a and 16b which are respectively provided at both end openings of the pipe 12 and carries a spiral fin 15 integrally formed on the peripheral surface of the shaft 14 nearly over the full length of the shaft 14.
