摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deflection yoke capable of easily correcting left and right seagull pattern distortions of the upper edge part and the lower edge part of an image plane while effectively correcting the pin cushion distortion of the outermost circumferential part of the image plane. SOLUTION: Second correcting magnets 31, 32 are installed on both sides of a first correcting magnet 21 of a large opening part 12, and second correcting magnets 33, 34 are installed on both sides of a first correcting magnet 22. The second correcting magnets 31-34 are so arranged as to set an angle formed between a horizontal axis and them to 50 deg.-70 deg., and correct the deflection direction of an electron beam emitted from an inline electron gun in a direction departing from a tube axis. The respective pole axes of the second correcting magnets 31-34 are inclined with respect a straight line parallel with the tube axis and passing their center, so that the deflection force of the respective magnets is finely adjusted.
