PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a signal input-output terminal attaching structure which makes the attachment of a signal input-output terminal to a case main body easier, can increase the attaching strength, and can reduce the cost. SOLUTION: A shield case with signal input-output terminal has a shield case which shields internal circuits from external noise and signal input-output terminals 2 and 3 which are protruded from the external wall surface of the case and make electrical connection for inputting and outputting signals from and to an external module. The outer shell section 6 of each terminal 2 and 3 is composed of a plastically worked cylindrical body protruded from part of the shield case, and a dielectric substance 7 holding a center conductor 8 passed through the center of the substance 7 is inserted into the void of the cylindrical body. The substance 7 is pressed and fixed by a recessed section 9 formed by caulking part of the external wall of the cylindrical body.
