PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a manufacturing process, reduce material cost and weight and improve recycling performance. SOLUTION: A lamp holder 14 is fitted to the lower side of a luminaire body 12, and a lamp mounted in the lamp holder 14 is lighted by a discharge lamp ballast 16 enclosed in the luminaire body 12. A pair of partition walls 31 and support projecting parts 32 are formed inside the luminaire body 12, and the discharge lamp ballast 16 is disposed between these partition walls 31 and support projecting parts 32. Nonmetallic spacers 34 are pressed in and fixed between the partition walls 31 and a laminated iron core 16a. The discharge lamp ballast 16 can thereby be fixed without the use of resin.
