PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a door of a refrigerator at low cost and with good quality by slidably engaging the flanges of a reinforcing plate and frame with a first convex portion of an internal board and further reduce man-hour by automatically fixing the frame with screws. SOLUTION: A reinforcement plate 9 and a frame 5 are inserted into the mounting plane of an internal board 9 in the direction of an arrow, fixing instruments such as screws and bolts are inserted into and fixed to a heat insulating material through the holes 5a of the frames 5, the holes 9a of the internal boards 9 and the holes 6a of the reinforcement plates 6. In addition, a door 4 is formed by filling to foam a heat insulating material between an external board 4b and the internal board 9, and after completion of the door, frames 5 are mounted on the internal board 9. In addition, the internal board 9 is formed by vacuum forming or injection molding. The internal board 9 is provided with first convex portions 10 for engaging with the reinforcement plates 6 and the frames 5. The first convex portions 10, each having substantially Z-shaped undercut form, are arranged left and right at both sides of the mounting plane in such a way as to face each other.
