PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling part structure of a shield connector whereto a connector is attached and receptacle connector and a grounding structure free of risk that a spring piece for grounding goes in breakage or the like. SOLUTION: This structure includes a connector 11 equipped with a housing 17 holding a cable 14 and a receptacle connector U accepting the housing 17 attached to a circuit board 12 for putting the cable 14 in electric continuity to the board 12, and a shield shell 21 and shield case 23A are installed on the exterior wall of the housing 17 and the inner wall of a shroud 13 of the receptacle connector U, and it is made possible to shield the periphery of the cable 14 by the shield case 23A and shield shell 21 in the condition that the connector 11 is inserted in the shroud 13. The shroud 13 is fitted internally with a contact spring 22 which is in resilient contact with the shield case 23A and shield shell 21 to establish electric continuity between the two, and the shield case 23A is furnished with a pin P to be inserted into the circuit board 12.
