PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wave transmitter-receiver where a lamination offset of an electrostriction vibrator is not caused in the case of assembling and laminating the electrostriction vibrator and no spurious radiation or the like is produced. SOLUTION: The wave transmitter-receiver has a structure of sequentially laminating a 1st electrostriction vibrator 1 with a cylindrical hollow part 5, an electrode plate 3 and a 2nd electrostriction vibrator 2 with a cylindrical hollow 6. The electrode plate 3 of the wave transmitter-receiver has a positioning guide 4 that positions the 1st electrostriction vibrator 1 and the 2nd electrostriction vibrator 2. The type of material of the positioning guide 4 is an insulator, the shape is formed cylindrical, a recessed pat 41 is provided to a circumferential face around the middle of the positioning guide 4 and the height is selected to be the thickness of the electrode plate 3 or over, an the positioning guide 4 and the electrode plate 3 are fixed by fitting the recessed part 41 to the inner circumferential part of the electrode plate 3 and the outer diametrical size of the positioning guide 4 is selected smaller than the inner diametrical size of the cylindrical hollows 5, 6 of the 1st electrostriction vibrator 1 and the 2nd electrostrication vibrator 2.
