摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive at high efficiency and at large power by combining with a high voltage booster by controlling a driving signal of a pair of N type and P type switching transistors generated with a PWM control IC of a pulse width modulation mode operation so that on-time of the N type is slightly longer than off-time of the P type by the driving of a piezoelectric transformer, and forming a reverse constitution in reverse operation. SOLUTION: Micro signals from a control part of a PWM control IC 1 having 16 pins using an oscillator-installed pulse width modulation control integrated circuit are formed so that on.off times are overlapped in a specified mode with a pair of switching transistors 3, 4. The signals are subjected to boosting with a flyback transformer 2 having primary and secondary windings, passed through a resonance circuit of a resonance transformer 5 and a resonance capacitor 6, and supplied to a piezoelectric transformer 7. A means for increasing a voltage rising ratio required by stacking of unit piezoelectric transformer is made unnecessary, and driving at about 90% efficiency and about 10 W power is realized without using burst light dimming type control having a noise generating source.
