PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter controller, capable of keeping the neutral point voltage of a motor low by setting a modulation ratio to a high and constant value, and of reducing leakage current at applying of a low voltage to the motor. SOLUTION: Modulation ratio of PWM on an inveterter 13 is set to a constant high value, irrespective of the fluctuations in applied voltage to a motor 16, the applied voltage to the motor 16 is controlled by a converter 12 of a variable DC voltage, the applied voltage to the motor 16 is controlled by the converter 12, and the modulation ratio of PWM on the inverter 13 is made capable of being set constant, so that it is possible to keep the neutral point voltage of the motor 16 low. |
