PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with an emergency as quick as possible by opening a channel between a master station and a faulty slave station with precedence over a state of monitoring on another slave station on the occurrence of the faulty slave station. SOLUTION: The system where a master station 1 monitors information of a plurality of slave stations 2a, 2b in a predetermined sequence is configured such that on the occurrence of a fault in the slave station 2a or 2b, a channel used for the monitoring is interrupted based on an alarm signal from the slave station 2a or 2b, a channel 3a or 3b is connected to the slave station 2a or 2b sending the alarm signal with priority to accept alarm information and the master station 1 transmits a countermeasure signal against the fault to the slave station 2a or 2b.
