PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telemeter observation device capable of transmitting covering data in which lack of data occurs in response to a request of a monitoring device when the lack of data takes place in a telemeter observation device transmitting observation data acquired by observation equipment such as a rain gauge and a water level meter according to a request from the monitoring device. SOLUTION: When a main controlling part 11a receives a calling (request) again within a prescribed time in the communication (transmission) of observation data following a calling (request) from a telemeter monitoring device, the part 11a interprets it as a retransmission request, reads observation data stored in an observation data storing part 11e and transmits (retransmits) the data by radio to the telemeter monitoring device through a transmission controlling part 11d, a modulating, demodulating part 11c and further a radio equipment part 13. |
