PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for allowing high grade shape control by tightly adhering a substrate to an opening of a mold in which a barrier-rib-bottom corresponding portion of a barrier-rib-shaped slender cavity, injecting a barrier- rib material from an injection hole by decompression injection, then removing mold, and baking the barrier-rib material adhered to the substrate. SOLUTION: A mold 1 is a thin plate-like die for molding. Size of the mold 1 is such that an area of a plane is next larger than the area of a panel to be manufactured. Its thickness is larger than a barrier rib to be formed. A barrier-rib-shaped slender cavity 2 is provided in the mold 1. One end of the cavity 2 is provided with an injection hole 3 of a barrier-rib material, and a barrier-rib-bottom corresponding portion of the cavity 2 is an opening 4. Size of the injection hole 3 is larger than a cross section of the barrier-rib- shaped cavity 2 so as to facilitate pass of the barrier-rib-material. An injection passage 3a from the injection hole 3 to the barrier-rib-shaped cavity 2 gradually is narrowed from the injection hole 3 to the barrier-rib-shaped cavity 2.
