PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-pole circuit breaker easy to assemble. SOLUTION: A casing body has in one end thereof an intermediate casing 7 molded of a synthetic resin material including alkaline earth metal hydroxide (for example, magnesium hydroxide), and interposed between a first casing 1A and a second casing 1B. A terminal block as a first fixed side cable run, having a fixed contact 2A at one end thereof, is housed in a region defined by a recess inside a side wall (outer wall) of the first casing and a vertical wall portion of the intermediate casing 7. A terminal block 10B as a second fixed side cable run, having a lower fixed contact 2B at one end thereof, is housed in a region defined by a recess 9 having a bottom defined a lateral wall portion 24 on a side of the second casing (1B) of the intermediate casing 7 and a side wall (outer wall) of the second casing (1B).
