PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently confirm on a receiver side whether or not information stored in the receiver among pieces of information delivered by broadcasting is the latest by deciding the validity of each node stored in a database according to information regarding the final update time of a node received from a server. SOLUTION: A node validity decision part 114a once obtaining a final change time list 113a or final change time list difference information 113b confirms whether it is the latest one or not. Here, the confirmation is carried out on the bass of whether or not the information is properly delivered according to a predetermined schedule or judging from change schedule time. Consequently, the latest one is obtained, the final change time of each node is calculated by using the final change time list 113a or final change time list difference information 113b. When not, the final change time of each node is calculated from a change schedule time list 113c or change schedule time list difference information 113d.
